What is R2?
R2 Protocol is building the next-generation stablecoin yield infrastructure, powered by Real-World Assets (RWA), Traditional Finance (TradFi), and DeFi. At its core lies R2USD, a yield-bearing stablecoin that bridges regulated real-world income streams—including U.S. Treasuries, real estate, and tokenized private credit—with DeFi-native yield mechanisms, unlocking a secure, transparent, and sustainable on-chain income layer.
Unlike traditional stablecoins or yield farms reliant on inflationary emissions, R2 delivers real yield from off-chain, cash-flow-generating assets, creating a resilient and diversified foundation for users and institutions.

What is R2USD?
R2USD is a USD-pegged stablecoin issued by R2 Protocol. It is fully backed by USDC and can be redeemed 1:1 at any time.
How to Mint R2USD?
Step 1: Connect your wallet to R2.
Step 2: Use USDC to swap R2USD.
Step 3: Confirm the transaction and start earning reliable yields. Users can exit through the protocol or liquidity pools for convenience.
What is sR2USD?
sR2USD is a yield-bearing stablecoin issued by R2 Protocol. By holding sR2USD, you agree to authorize R2 Labs to deploy your assets into yield-generating products such as U.S. Treasuries and DeFi strategies. Details can be found in the documentation. Holding sR2USD also grants you 10x Signals.
What is the redemption mechanism for sR2USD?
Due to the lock-up periods associated with compliant TradFi investment products, sR2USD subscriptions and redemptions are centrally managed.
Subscription: Open at any time.
Redemption: A fixed redemption date is set for each issuance cycle. On maturity, all sR2USD will be redeemed 1:1 into R2USD.
Early exit: You may sell sR2USD on the secondary market at any time before maturity. Additionally, the protocol will periodically open early redemption windows with a limited quota. Users can queue for early redemption, and once submitted, they will no longer receive rewards during the waiting period.
What are R2BTC and R2ETH?
R2BTC and R2ETH are yield-bearing tokens for BTC and ETH, respectively, issued by R2 Labs. By holding them, you agree to authorize R2 Labs to invest your assets in DeFi strategies. Product details can be found in the documentation. Holding R2BTC or R2ETH also grants you 5x Signals.
What is the redemption mechanism for R2BTC and R2ETH?
Due to the complexity and security requirements of DeFi investments involving BTC and ETH, for test purpose, we’ve set a 14-day lock-up period and a 7-day redemption window:
Redemption cannot be requested within the first 7 days after subscription.
After 7 days, users may request redemption at any time.
How are points calculated?
Testnet Points (Signals) are updated daily. For every $1 of token value, 1 Signal per hour is earned. Example: If you hold 1 R2BTC and the price is $85,000, you will earn: 85,000 × 24 = 2,040,000 Signals for the day.
Current Campaign
You are very early! We are currently running Testnet Season #0, starting on April 10, 2025.
Participants will earn Signals as seasonal rewards, which can be exchanged for mainnet tokens at TGE.
In addition to on-chain activities, users can earn extra Pulses (social points) by completing tasks via Galxe, Intract, and other platforms.
Both Pulses and Signals can be redeemed at TGE, but with different exchange ratios.
Users who previously participated in the TG Bot campaign will have their earned Chips converted to Pulses at a 1:1 ratio, which will be displayed in the Portfolio interface.
How are invitation rewards calculated?
The invitation system supports up to 3 levels. Invitation-based points are settled daily. Each day, a user’s earned signals will be partially credited to their inviters based on the reward structure for each level.
