System Flow

Users deposit USDC or USDT to mint $R2USD.

All deposits are aggregated and allocated by R2 Protocol into carefully selected real-world asset (RWA) strategies to generate sustainable yield — working closely with Particula, a Moody’s-affiliated partner for risk assessment and monitoring.

The underlying assets include Treasuries, money market funds, and other RWA products — such as Securitize (BUDIL), Franklin Templeton (Benji), Spiko, Fasanara, Mercado Bitcoin, and others — with assets securely managed by trusted Custodian Partners.

Cross-chain transfers between chains are seamlessly handled via Wormhole (now), enabling smooth interoperability across ecosystems.

Redemption & Seasonal Yield Rules

• T+0 Submission, T+3 or T+7-10 Redemption

• Users who redeem before the end of a season will not receive any yield for that season.

• Yields are distributed in R2 Tokens at the end of each season based on points accumulated.

• If no action is taken, both user deposits and R2 rewards will automatically roll over to the next season — enabling seamless compounding across seasons.
